I’m being totally honest when I say that I NEVER thought I’d be posting a picture of myself in a sports bra flexing in front of a mirror. A year ago I probably would have punched you in the face if you told me I’d be partaking in #flexfriday.
This was never on my “to-do” list. Having this type of body was never on my “to-do” list either. I didn’t believe that I was capable of achieving this type of physique, but with a lot of self discipline, a change in mindset, and hard work every day, it happened.
I post these pictures so you know that I am NO DIFFERENT THAN YOU!!
I have yo-yoed with my weight for years - ever since high school. At my biggest in high school I wore a size 8 (maybe even 10 at one point) and at my biggest in college I wore a size 12/14. I’m not “naturally” skinny.
I hope my pictures help you begin to believe that YOU ARE CAPABLE of achieving your health goals. Your goals do not have to include a six pack or partaking in #flexfriday. That isn’t my point!
My point is that if you have goals that scare you, that you are too embarrassed to even say out-loud because they seem that far out of reach, that YOU ARE CAPABLE OF REACHING THOSE GOALS! Believe in yourself. You were designed for greatness. We were all designed for greatness. It’s whether or not you choose to believe in that greatness that separates you from other people.
