I think I'm going to have a little caramelized Kale for dinner! Here's how I make it: 1. Heat a few tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar in a large skillet. 2. Add chopped Kale, onions, & mushrooms. 3. Cook until tender. 4. Add 1/4 cup of Feta cheese and cook for a few more minutes. ENJOY!!
