Do At-Home Workout Programs Really Work...?

I'd say so, but if you don't believe me then check out this message I got from one of my online fitness participants yesterday:

"I'm feeling great! I really been paying attention to my energy levels as I've always taken some sort of supplement due to lack of energy and haven't had anything for about 11 days now. I've been amazed at how much better my overall mood is and how steady my energy level is. Yesterday I did my Beachbody workout, got on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and then went swimming for another 30 minutes. It was pretty amazing to feel capable of doing all of that activity without the need of some pill or powder. I've been taking photos and I can see you some shift and change. I haven't weighed in again because the scale makes me crazy :-) I will at the end of this challenge though."
