Cherry Blossom Smoothie Bowl

I think you all know how much I LOVE a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast. Oatmeal has been my go-to for YEARS and YEARS, and pancakes are my weekend indulgence with Ben and the kids. But every once and awhile I get the craving to try something new! And I finally decided to try the smoothie bowl trend. 🥣 Did any of you get sucked into this trend on social media back in 2020?? The videos of preparing these beautiful bowls is oddly very satisfying to watch! Mine definitely didn't look exactly like the picture below 😅, BUT it was very delicious! A great change of pace during these 100° days here in Kansas when oatmeal just won't do! 🥵

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Shakeology

  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened black cherries, pitted, divided use

  • ¼ large banana, cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp. all-natural almond butter

  • 1 tsp. matcha powder

  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, ¼ cup cherries, banana, almond butter, and matcha, in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with remaining ¼ cup cherries, strawberries, coconut, and pumpkin seeds; serve immediately.


Portion Fix Containers: 1½ Purple, 1 Red, 1 Orange, 1½ tsp.
