How to Build Your Business in 2022!

Have you ever wondered how I built my profitable business in seven years? Have you ever wondered how you might be able to follow a similar path to build your own business?

Well, I have learned to evolve.

Where are you now?

The first thing I did before starting this business was reflect on where I was at in life.

Every day I would get home from work and ask myself, “Is this it? Is this really it?”

My husband and I had done everything “right” in life, and eagerly waited for the next phase in life where things would become easier. You know the part where you weren’t waiting for your paycheck to hit before going grocery shopping? Yeah, I was waiting for that day.

But no matter what changed in life, it felt like I was forever waiting for that day.

I was dissatisfied with where I was at and terrified looking into my future. I knew I had to try something different and take a chance to live the life I dreamed - for myself and for my future family.

“You cannot evolve unless you are willing to change. You will never better yourself, if you always cling to what was.” - Leon Brown

This was the first phase of my evolution.

So I want you to start your evolution now; take a minute.

What makes you feel dissatisfied with your life right now?

Are you financially stressed?

Have you lost purpose in your job?

Do you simply dream of more for yourself and your family?

Now that you know where you are now, let’s continue to evolve.

Build Your Business by Leaning into Community

Seven years ago, I wanted to lose the same 10lbs that I kept losing and gaining every year. I was a chronic yo-yo dieter excited by the new Shaun T. Beachbody program. I was surfing Instagram looking through transformation photos of other people who had already completed the program. Little did I know these people were actually Beachbody coaches and sharing their program results was part of their job to grow their online businesses.

Then I stumbled upon a YouTube video that changed everything for me.

In the YouTube video, there was a woman explaining everything she did as a Beachbody coach and how she earned additional income. I listened to every word and thought maybe I could build a Beachbody business too! I knew I wanted more accountability in my own health and fitness journey, and I realized the ultimate accountability would be sharing my journey online as a coach.

I was super scared at first to try this coaching mentorship, but then I thought about my current feelings of dissatisfaction. I hated thinking “Is this really it?” each day and refused to stay stuck.

So I jumped into this opportunity with two feet! I was coachable and leaned into the community that was there to help me. My coach, and a community of other coaches, were there to cheer me on while building my business.

I was never alone.

This was the second phase of my evolution - finding my tribe.

“Evolution is the secret for the next step.” - Karl Lagerfeld

As a new coach in my coaching mentorship, I will be there, along with a community of women, to cheer you on and show you step-by-step how to build your own business. We will work together to grow your confidence. We will work together as you transform your own health. We will work together to slowly grow your own social media community. We will work together to help you generate supplemental income from your own coach business.

Lean into the community and become part of our tribe.

Build Your Business To Gain Freedom

The potential of this business opportunity blew my mind when I first started coaching. I didn’t think I could ever earn a paycheck like I had seen on my coach’s YouTube video, but I thought maybe I could earn some additional income each month, or maybe more if I worked really hard!

With that thought in mind, I put in the work, day after day. When it was hard, I’d still show up. When it was scary, I’d still show up. When I didn’t want to do the boring business tasks, I’d still do them. And, within two years of starting my business, I had gained so much freedom. I had the freedom to pursue this business as a career. The freedom to pay off all our debt. The freedom to schedule my own hours. The freedom to look forward to the life I had previously dreamed of living.

This was the third phase of my evolution - freedom to live life on my own terms.

While I give you all the resources and support you need within my coaching mentorship, it’s up to you to show up 1-3 hours per day to build your own business. You have to come prepared to work like the CEO of your own business if you want to produce a profitable business. One to three hours each day will help you get started in this business and earn supplemental income each month. If you’re like me, then you can commit more time to this business which will enrich your business even faster.

And in case you think freedom comes without hard work: Beachbody does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Team Beachbody Coach Opportunity. Each Coach's income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill. See our Statement of Independent Coach Earnings located at "Statement of Independent Coach Earning" for the most recent information on our Coaches' actual incomes.

Build Your Business by Making a Difference

When I helped my first client enroll as a new coach I was pumped! It was such a rush to start a business - my business - and build it piece by piece. That adrenaline rush was nothing compared to the rush of receiving positive feedback from my customers and coaches as they changed their health in my online bootcamp, though!

The stories of success continue to inspire me daily. Here is feedback I received from a coach last week:

“I now feel more confident in my abilities. I understand it’s the behind the scenes behavior that produce in front of the screen results. No different than my health and wellness journey. I’ve discovered my story and just being me is enough.” - K.K.

My absolute favorite part of this job is making a difference in the lives of others. Seeing a new coach start her business and then watching her as she suddenly feels the incredible potential of this opportunity and all the incredible gifts it will bring to her life is nothing short of AMAZING.

This was the fourth and final phase of my evolution. I had found my purpose and passion in life. This was the ultimate goal when initially starting this business. I had found myself.

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” - Viktor E. Frankl

You can reach this final stage of business evolution, too. I remember being that new coach. Scared. Skeptical. Thinking, “Who are these random coaches that meet online?” Thinking, “There is NO WAY this is going to work.”

If you’re freaking out right now, just return back to that first stage of this evolution process: reflect.

Fitness results vary based on starting point and effort. Results pictured above are achieved in years using multiple Beachbody programs with Shakeology and Beachbody performance supplements.

Build a Business for YOU!

If you don’t do anything to change your feelings of dissatisfaction in your life, then where will you be in 5 years?

I want you to gain confidence in yourself.

I want you to live the life of your dreams.
